My friend is considering signing his 6 year old daughter up for this program:

Has anyone heard of it, or used it for their kids?

Yea my sister put her oldest daughter in the program she said it works great for her child she lives in California and said her daughter loves it, she goes three times a week.

It seems like a good program, but I rather start one called Rad-Parents. As a parent, I have not used special devices such as "child-proof". Call me over-protective, but I rarely let my child out of sight. The school she attends had actually took notice of my seminars and started to implement better security measures. And local law enforcement have been adapting other precedures from other enforcement throughout the country.

The program that you speak of is nice, but if they charge for such services, that local agencies do for free, it sounds like a method to earn money or start a business. I think too many things with ethical morals seem to get a price tag affixed.

But given the need, if such services are not avaiable for free or access, then such one should be started.
