Cheers Matsu,Glad I could be of assistance.Coming from a serious traditional Kwon Jae Hwa Tae Kwon Do school,There were a lot of things I had to un-learn...Tension was one of them.....trusting (after many trials in Wing Tsun) that I could abandon my force againts a much larger opponent, borrow and feed it back without fail made me a believer. I attribute much of what I know to my Dei sihing at the time Sifu Steve Brandon, who much thanks to his love for the art paid a lot of attention to the finer details, explaining all the whys.He also explained the importance of relaxation, the protractor effect and proper execution. If you study the Siu Nim Tau long enough and break it into each individual movement, the possiblities are endless, not to mention the mysterious building of Chi-gong.Pay attention even to what may seem to be trivial and mundane.Wing Tsun is not just a beautiful art,it's a lifelong journey......It is part of me.Remember this: keep it up and do not be in a hurry, think of it as a nice meal, one bite at a time, savor the moment, take time to digest,be full but not bloated, satisfied but not anxious for the next meal......take your time.Good Luck to you!
