MMA vs Kung Fu Day 2 Sparring Results

I like to train my guys to move forward. As long as you can keep your opponent busy, you will find opportunity.

I train both so either way works for me. There is opportunity when drawing people in. For me I don't mind letting people press forward on me. It makes them think that they have an advantage that they really don't have. Or I can press forward and drown them with strikes. I haven't pressed my MMA sparring partner yet, but I think he'll be really really surprised when that day comes.

IMO, to run your opponent down is the highest level of MA skill.
For me, the highest skill is to successfully land the technique that I choose and to mislead my opponent with deception. I want my opponent to feel safe when he really isn't. I want my opponent to embrace and advantage or opportunity that doesn't exist. I want my opponent to misjudge every attempt to harm me so I can correct him by landing a successful and painful technique.
