Why not try unflavored vegan protein and mix it with something other than alcohol? Be a better choice.

I have started referring to running as 'locomotion' rather than 'cardio'. 'Cardio' sounds like something a closet homosexual would call it, and I came out of the closet some time ago. It also helps me be able to hum 'do the locomotion' by little Eva while I'm running.

I would say loco-motion sounds more like the homosexual!
