Love muddy waters. My grandad got me into him when I was 12- I listened to Robert Cray, liked it, and he said muddy waters taught him all he knew, loved it

Howling Wolf is my favorite for blues. Something very menacing about the way the Wolf sang.Love muddy waters. My grandad got me into him when I was 12- I listened to Robert Cray, liked it, and he said muddy waters taught him all he knew, loved it
Probably some Louis prima in there!I also have a bunch of very old records my daughter has not seen, I basically inherited them about 30 years ago, they came form a man who was then in his 80s. I will have to look through them to see if any of them are worth anything.

Yeah saw them twice, one of the orthopedists I work with went to school with Milo. I have seen most punk bands of that era.Did you ever get into the descendents?
Cool, they're awesome. Screeching weasel?Yeah saw them twice, one of the orthopedists I work with went to school with Milo. I have seen most punk bands of that era.
Cool! Thanks, always good to get a recommendation from a fan, they're more likely to pick stuff that speaks to them
Well I think you found one I haven’t seen or can’t remember. I know El Jefe from NoFX, so I have met fat Mike a couple times. Screeching Weasel was on Fat Wreckords label at one time I think. When I was a kid, punk shows were usually in the 5 bands for 8 bucks zone. Anything more than 10 bucks better be from UK or bigger names or we would just boycott and call them sellout rock stars. Ah!, to be young and idealistic.Cool, they're awesome. Screeching weasel?
.Let's get kids into the blues. You've either gotta play the blues or sing with a high voice.
I still have a bunch of star wars toys from the 70s and early 80s. A fraction of what I had as a kid, all well played with. Some are valuable, but it’s really about the nostalgia.I'm sure it's like comics, coins, baseball cards, and the rest. By and large, most aren't especially valuable. Especially things that are/were routinely made by the millions... but there's always that odd one that's mindboggling in value. And, often, to keep them valuable, you can't really enjoy the things... I'm sure I had some toys growing up that are probably valuable today, but I actually played with the things rather than putting them on a shelf in the unopened original package.
What's your stance on folk punk? I love it. Ghost mice are brilliant.Well I think you found one I haven’t seen or can’t remember. I know El Jefe from NoFX, so I have met fat Mike a couple times.
