She chose it because it's a Mexican name for a Mexican spider, and because Rosita is, obviously, a red reference.

I suggested Jesus, because there are certain people who, if she shows it to them, are going to scream "Jesus! What hellspawn is that???"
And it's still a Mexican name. You can say "Actually it's pronounced hay-soos(jesus)"

There is a part-time troll posting on here now and it is all the same stuff we have all seen or heard on MT over and over again..

and out of respect for the rules of MT I did not post in response...opinions are like a......... I think you know the rest
The ignore button is your friend.

You know, I did not even know this was possible, but leave it to me to do it......I sprained my clavicle....

Had a shoulder problem after Florida/Disney with the family. Ended up with a cortisone shot, went back much of the shoulder is better, but the clavicle near my neck has been hurting off an on...MD checked and I have a sprained clavicle....

Wow, don't look in for a bit, and what I get? Confusion! All sorts of talk about spastic dances (tarantellas) and arachnids...

over the years here on MT I am amazed at how hard some people go on because they so desperately have to be right...... even when you agree with them...they go on and on and on in an effort to be more right.... and I know...early on here on MT.... I may have been one of them....

I had a voice discussion with somebody yesterday.
I was accused of yelling at the same time this person talked over me.
Being angry
Hating....
But mostly how everybody was yelling and the poor person.
It made clear how different perspectives color an exchange.

I managed to soften the blow, did great, the half a bottle of red Moscato probably helped.
but yeah also somebody who needs to be right all the time and isn't very observant about how they come across or how other people feel.
made me wonder how they make it in real life, in a long Army career.

In their defense, that one other person was indeed a jerk.
Didn't care too much for their behavior either.
(and I did make allowances for my own behavior of which I wasn't altogether proud either)

Empty your cup.

"I see one monk among you. His teeth are like the sword tree, his mouth is like the blood bowl. If you hit him hard with a big stick, he will not even so much as look back at you. Someday he will mount the highest peak and carry my teaching there."

Same dude who made up the teacup koan. Mumonkan #28.

Did it look similar to this: Vantech Black 6"x 128" Conduit Carrier for H1-Series Model CC-104BDefault Title ? I see a lot of Jeepers use these to store their extrication equipment. It is stored high so they can ge to it if the Jeep gets stuck.

Been reading a few posts of a poster who tends to be frustrating in the posts they make. So instead of breaking MT rules and simply posting "nitwit"... I think I'll log off and go do something else

The ignore button is your friend. I don't use it so I can see rule violations, but I may just manually skip over that posters posts/threads for a bit.
