Have you actually been watching that court case? Johnny Depp is clearly the superior actor.

My favorite part so far was how he slowly and methodically described Amber Heard's defecation all over their bed, but specifically his side (there's an exhibit...) before running off to Coachella.

This is the best advice, unless you're sparring.

Well here is what the Doctor/Surgeon had to say..

I'm fine, just the swelling is not going away as fast as it should, or it could be chronic. Apparently old guys such as myself with some varicose veins have problems with this. Also I have been doing the bike too much and likely irritating it. Bike now only once a day for 15 to 20 minutes.

I am recovering, just slowly because I'm old and decrepit

Have you tried wrapping the knee in bacon? Might scare it into working better.
