Toast, water, hard boiled eggs... for 2 days now

BRAT is also great for the day after you make 5 cheese crab and macaroni casserole. I feel your pain, because for me today is that day.

Sadly, none of that is a good idea for the stomach bug I'm dealing with. And the dang thing does not seem to want to give up either
