Yes and a round about February we could have about 3 feet of the stuff and the temperature for much of that month hovers around 0 Fahrenheit not including the windchill

The trick is to live where snow is a "sometimes" thing in the winter. Then you can really enjoy it. If it stays long enough to really get dirty, it's no fun.

I don't mind snow. I just don't like being on the road in it. After living in Rochester, NY for five years, the snow we get in Western North Carolina mountains is cute and fluffy.
