Of course

Now somebody explain this to me:
I am cleaning house (shut up, not the point) and find one of them lids for the cat food cans...I pick it up and fling it into the kitchen sink...it veers off course and sails right through the 'cat door', the narrow space between the window A/C unit above the sink. We are talking a space maybe 3 inches wide, 4 tops.

If I were to try on purpose to fling this thing through that hole...I could not accompish that, not for a million bucks! How in the He** does this work! :lisafault:

More important question. Can you retrieve it?

Mostly they are but for me they are terrible, at least around six at night.

It's still one of the hardest parts of the week to get through without tears for me, as that was about when my wife would get back from doing the weekly shop and would push open the front door and call for me to come and help her bring it in and put it away. The little interplay we would go through every week of my first pretending not to understand what she wanted and then, after carting all the produce into the kitchen, asking whether such-and-such a (wrong) place was where something should go (tea in the fridge, steak under the sink etc), marked the beginning of our weekend and was always a few minutes of wonderful bonding between us. It ended with our daily hugs and kisses whilst we waited for the kettle to boil so I could make her a cup of tea and, small as it may sound, I miss those precious moments spent in each others embrace more than anything else.

Sharing my friend, mark, is a great outlet. One of the many benefits of this on line thing where we can, with no strings attached, open our hearts.

yep

On the upside, the band play offs - I mean football - continue for at least one more week.

Next week's game will be several hours away from home, near the Ala/Ten stateline...nice...cosidering skipping that one!

I got a promise from the wife today.......:)

Lunch will be bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. Yummy......
