32 bags of leaves...... and 1/3 of the lawn is left to do

and how exactly does my mother-in-law get a ton of leaves in a bag that is made for 30 pounds

Back from Girl Scouts

And Sam Adams
maybe some Shiraz to wash it down....

The girls are great, I just have to tweak my program to keep their attention.

But THE PARENTS......:sniper:

Not a happy chappy. TV came on last night, then after 5 seconds picture disappeared. Still have sound and can still see faint images when I shine a light on the screen. Therefore more than likely the backlight or the inverter or the Tcon board have died, hopefully not too expensive to replace as I don't really want to buy a new TV.

sadly its usually cheaper to buy a new one then repair the old one

Must have been the night for it, Mauthos - my TV/DVD in the bedroom won't turn on either now. With no Stargate on repeat to lull me to sleep I was still awake at four this morning, my mind full of memories and "What if's" :(.

Yep, my research has shown that it is probably more than likely the backlight that is integral to the screen, therefore cheaper to buy a new one as the repair would cost more than it's worth. However on the bright side I can change to an LED backlit one and as I hate 3D and have no need for a SMART TV it should be relatively cheap to replace.

On other news, stupid office politcs have meant I have had to move office to another building as they want space in the old building for new starts. What a waste of a day!!!!
