Unproductive and utterly boring band practice this evening. Going to ditch this project. Got too much other things going on, and too much that I am missing out on.

Long 11 hr day today (9 to go), hopefully it'll be a good one followed by a team dinner with my French, Spanish and German colleagues, should be fun as long as we don't end up talking shop all night, but I am hoping for a relatively early night as I have a 0500 start on Friday

had a productive morning after all, cleaned the PC to a degree, now with every website I have to pick through the scripts to allow to actually see what I want to see.... smilies don't work nomore...but it's all good. Sorted my scrapbooking junk out - again. And I don't even scrapbook...planning to, but I am also planning on repainting the Sistine chapel... And you can't see a thing of what I have done. off to scare something up for lunch...need to plan that better.... then banking and the rest of the day's funtivities.
Afternoon off of work....
All day off for me! Got a haircut.
Life is good, waiting on the wife and we are out of here.................
My band mates are good folks. Its me that is the issue. I'm getting bored with the music and playing with the band isn't really doing much for me except logging mileage on my car and raising my aggravation levels.
I spend a lot of time on the mountain, but I get a lot out in return. I've met great people, I'm getting in better shape, I spend lots of time outside, and I've gotten some unexpected perks like my own campsite. But I can't exercise, can't get outside, and I don't meet anyone I care to get to know better while driving 2 hours or more round trip just to play 2 hours of music. I think its time I step back to a fill-in position.
