Made some nice tuna sandwiches. Cubed up some Ahi, threw it in boiling water for five minutes, blanched it, strained it, flaked it and added mayo and celery. As they say here, "Broke da mouth".

sit in my office and go outside for a break...its 96 degrees with a heat index of 100...... not sure why, but every time I leave air-conditioning and go out into high heat, I get the urge to do taijiquan
