Kajukenbo Clips

Excellent information. My phone only picked up the audio and it is great.
Many thanks and hope there is more to come

Excellent stuff Mr. Bishop. I have never studied the system and know nothing about it but your exposition was very clear and most interesting.

I've only had the chance to watch the first part yet ... have to go help teach people how to fight with Samurai Swords {:D} ... I look forward to watching the rest.

Finally got the chance to watch Part 2. Just as impressed as I was when I watched the first part. Lovely stuff Mr. Bishop.

It is very much like the Lau Gar I did for so many years before my bike accident (without the higher and more risky kick techniques of course :D). Of course, the emphasis in kung fu is to defend, counter and feint with the arms and do the heavy attacking with the legs whereas kenpo seems to be much more upper body oriented but the core principles are very much aligned - or at least enough for me to appreciate and understand what you are so very clearly explaining .
