If You Weren't in Martial Arts, What Would You Do To Stay in Shape?

Currently, I play Softball and Basketball in conjunction with Martial Arts. So, if I was not doing MA, then I would be playing softball and basketball.
 
Well at my age..argghh! I do yoga now, would probably continue. Walking, can't run anymore. I like biking. We are lucky to get four months of biking weather here. I would do some kind of aerobics class as I don't like the outdoor sports here in M'sota, too freezing! And aerobics classes are usually done on elementary schools hard cement floors so that wouldn't be good for joints. I have a Total Gym, an ellyptical, tons of different types of ab workout machines, haha, a punching standup bag, and a treadmill. But still, I have the knowledge which can't be taken away from me. So I can do my own ma workout so this hypothetical wouldn't happen unless I was decrepit! TW
 
If I weren't in martial arts, I wouldn't have to worry about staying in shape. I'd learn Tae Kwon Do from Won Kuk Lee and guitar from Jimi Hendrix.
 
I couldn't imagine being in martial arts either and may Bruce Lee rest in peace and harmony for getting me into it. I like stuff that takes grace and power, i.e. figure skating, gymnastics, ballet, martial arts.:btg:
