Awesome photo. I'd love to see that.

How do I like dragons?

Spitted and cooked rotisserie style, with a nice rub or barbecue sauce. Gotta be careful, though... they can be a little gamy if you don't cook 'em just right.

I've always understood that eastern dragons are snakes with feet. Western dragons are dinosaurs with wings.

I have a dragon tattoo-30 years on, and I still like it.....however:

Many oriental martial art fans love dragons and even have dragon tattoos on their arms or backs. How do you like dragons?

I'll usually take the breast, slice it into thin strips, and marinate in the following for 30 minutes in the fridge:

Ginger-Garlic paste Ā– 1 tsp
Pepper powder Ā– 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder Ā– 1/2 tsp (optional)
Soya sauce Ā– 1/2 tsp
Then I'll add the following and mix well:
Egg white Ā– of 1 egg
Corn Flour Ā– 1 tbsp.
Then I'll deep fry them, and toss with sautƩed vegetables and chili powder, and serve with rice.
If I get some dragon brisket, I'll smoke it with tea, cherry wood and cardamom for 12-20 hours.
Of course, you can substitute chicken or duck for these recipes, but you get the idea....."How do you like dragons?" Deep fried :lfao:

Careful there elder, dragons like to eat pretty and/or intelligent people. You as far as I know qualify for at least one of those :D

Both, I think......why do you think so many of them have wound up in my smoker? :lfao:
