I have a question for those in ITF circles who know it's history. GM Kim Yong Soo was an ITF instructor back in Korea and was featured in the ITF films in the early 70's (1970-1971?) Did he ever leave Korea and teach in the US? From what I read he was not allowed to leave Korea because of Gen. Choi exiling himself to Canada. I also read he was involved in the Olympic Games in Korea which pertained to TKD.
