Driving: Pet Peeves

Tailgaters. Especially with high beams on.

They should be sentenced to ten years driving an old Corvair over a bumpy road with a spring slightly poking through the driver’s seat.

Similar to Buka - people flashing their lights and speeding up acting as if they're going to hit you, to get you to change lanes. Particularly when you're not in the left lane, and there's an open lane to the side.

Especially the ones who don't consider that you might not switch lanes for them, and at the last moment they swerve around you.

When I was learning ‘Advanced Driving’ (😌) I was told that if someone is driving too close behind you, you are permitted to use your hazard warning indicators (you’re not ordinarily supposed to use them whilst in motion) since they’re causing a potential hazard. You’d be surprised how quickly they pull back!
