7 days to iron fist?

In the following video the Guy is able to get tough enough to break a board and porcelain tile. at around 8 minutes into video he succeeds in breaking both. BUT, note that he breaking the board against the grain, not with it. Also, the board breaks evenly straight across the board as if mostly cut by a saw. I have broken many a pine board in my life (not as a martial artist but as a handyman) none of them broke straight as a ruler. And many shattered instead of a clean break in any direction. Especially across the grain. I also broke a few porcelain items and lots of terra cotta items. Especially there was a danger of slivers with the porcelain similar to glass. I never saw a straight line break unless it was scored first.

Not impressed. Those tiles, you can stack a whole bunch of them, and I mean a bunch, place your knuckles against the top and just drop your shoulder with no bodyweight behind it and they'll all break like it's nothing.

Actually, my suspicion is that the board and tile were "pre cut" to make them easier to break.

Well one single tile like that wouldn't need to be pre cut. It'll snap if you breathe on it wrong (we just finished tiling a floor with those big ones). The board, who knows. Could've been grooved on one side. I couldn't see anything with the video slowed down though. Lol maybe he soaked it in water for a couple days first

But seriously picking the correct type of wood and taking note of the grain of wood is important. They aren't just breaking any type of wood.

Well he's clearly posted the video, talked about it, the iron fist training, noted the straight line break, and asked for comments on that.

He didn't say give me any comment you like. If that was the case, then I think it'd be really cool to own a dragon, but man the responsibilities would be huge... Not only to train it right, but to ensure the least amount of destruction to your community. I mean, there's likely to be some, but sure it'd be worth it in the end. BUT can you really domesticate a dragon? That may be the real question...

I don't know the first thing about " iron fist" conditioning aside from hitting bags and stuff, but I think his whole video failed the sniff test.

This is another example of someone who clearly isn't training, trying to monetize his channel. And he looks like a stiff breeze might kill him

Yes, you live in Australia, get a Goanna hatchling ( Lace Monitor ) In 5 years you will have a dragon. No fire, no wings, but a dragon no less.
