I have only recently discovered the wealth of knowledge Hanshi Juchnik has. I own a copy of his discussion of the first section of the Yang TaiJi form, as practiced by the late Bing Fai Lau, and its possible self defense applications. Very practical down to earth actions based on the postures that seem quite workable to me.
