Only sentenced to 2 years and served 11 months for shooting and killing an unarmed man.

Given what he was convicted of, involuntary manslaughter, his sentence is in line with the law, although on the low end. Whether that was the correct charge was another story.

The video didn't seem to indicate intent, so not murder, no. However, there was a heavy element of negligence that was not addressed by his conviction.
