It seems pretty clear they are already see it as both weak and a potential threat. It's not small surprise that many of the insurgents we are fighting are taking shelter in Iran. It is believed that Al-Zawari regularly crosses border in to Iran. What is becoming evident, though not overtly publicized, is that Iran is quietly funding, arming, sheltering and training insurgents. Many Intelligence analysts have been blinded to this fact by the commonly held, though ultimately erroneous belief, that Shiites and Wahhabist Muslims won't work together. This belief has clouded the mind of US Intelligence analysts for years who have failed to understand that the Islamic world views the west as the big enemy, not each other, dispite factional tensions.arnisador said:
