Hey Terry I am good. Had a really busy day yesterday and my Spartans lost to OSU.
(or more like they were spanked) Today we have a b-day trip for my youngest to a local video game place. This should be a really good time.
Other than that I am just getting ready for the mega seminar's next weekend.

Doing OK, the back is getting a bit better each day. I've been teaching, but the workouts have suffered. Been working out, but keeping it light. About to step it up again.

Well may have to move the school the building got bought and they want everyone to move, for renovation, those damm Cowboys new stadium. Will know sometime this week.
