The back is OK, it was very sore towards the end, especially after sitting through the Q&A. It was good stuff, he went through locks and also some blade work. There were only about 17 attendees, which was great, more one-on-one time.
Sounds like you had a goodtime.

It was good. Went out and had Hawaiian food of all things. Then a party at one of the students houses.

A salad and some juice back on the diet after a week off for good behavior.
