Still on restrictions. Its flexibility is limited and quick movements strain it, which is a setback. I'm still on a special set of exercises--mostly teh stationary bike, which is a good stretch.

Just popping in to say hey! I hope all is well with everyone. I'm still training and still trying to be the last poster!
 
Lunchtime soon...my regular place (faculty dining room) is closed for a special event. I'll have to eat elsewhere!
