Well, I went to the gym to get some cardio in. I finished my current project. Then I took a nap.

Sooo...semi slothful I'd say!

How's your day going?

I worked on lecture notes and a grant proposal, went to lunch, taught a class, met with my boss, and am now working on more lecture notes. But I expect to hit the gym before too long (if people stop posting here!!!).
