It goes. Kept the workout light again today, just a lot of sweat. My back is a bit tight since Saturday's workout.
Yea do not miss with a back that is hurting, at our age the recovery time is forever.
Naw, today is a regular workday for me...
I know I signed off but for those that are not able to read the post i just made i am a little irritated with the town and the town employees. I will not relate hear what I just did but lets say I showed a back side of me to most of the town they have never seen before in protest to idiots blowing their horns and all the noise when I am trying to sleep
