As I am up at 4 am and its about 11:15 its time, I don't get a coffee break..
That is early, me, I'm up between 4:30 and 5:00, readying for a workout.
I do some crunches and stretching while the coffee is brewing....
I took it kind of light this morning. A bit of stretching, ran some laps, went through 5 forms with a 45 LB vest on, 7 more forms without, then crunches.
Wow!!! Hurts me just thinking about it....
I hear ya..I have a 2nd Dan test in Nov..
I wish you luck, I'm sure you'll do great. My downfall is always fatigue. I get to a point where I jsut can't lift my legs anymore ... LOL
Thanks for the vote of confidence..I have until Nov to get all the techniques down..I hear Father Greek (my instructor) is gonna be an Uke and so is another cop/ MA that holds a 6th Dan..I'm gonna really earn that next rank...Woe is me... Lunch is over, gotta go...Later..
