Guess what the local fifty dinner has been open for fifty year so this wekend it is .50 cents hamburgers, shakes and malts and only nickel soda's, yea eat alot for 10.00.

There goes the diet! ... but only for one day, go for it. I am doing the 5 on, 2 off method of dieting and it's working for me so far.

Of course with the price of fuel, the airline ticket would break me. Even at 50 cents, the burgers would be too expensive ... LOL

Four bucks, that's peanuts here ... LOL ... we'll probably hit $5.00 on the weekend. I just paid 4.65 for regular.

Cheapest that I can recall is 28 cents per gallon, back before I was driving.

I can remember my father bitching because gas was .26 cents, if was still alive today it would kill him to see this.

Yes that is true, I wonder why so many of us did not buy millions of gallons when it was 1.25 and see the profits we would have now.
