Today is the first day I've had off since Sunday, May 18th ... so nothing is going on ... LOL ... how bout with you?
Rains have let up, and they've canceled the driving restrictions...it's been something here.

Back from my workout. Changed it up a bit today, didn't run as much, but worked through some katas, fourteen of them to be exact.

A bunch of cops that actually SUPPORT and practice martial arts..Good food and hot coffee..Makes for a great day...
It is always great to change things up.
