Oh yea I get it know, I only train to kill but never had to use it, I see where one members ask how do you know it works and no reply. Funny Guy.
I hate to say this but I am tired to much sparring today. We had a great time with the other school Zachary knocked two of his BB out one was 17 and the other was a twenty year old not bad for a 14 year old kid.

Hey, if you haven't seem "Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins" ... I would recommend it. I enjoyed it. Rent away.
Sounds exciting, did I tell you I have started Combat Hapkido classes on Saturday at the school, I have a great guy teaching ir very knowledgable about it.
Actuallly we ownit great flick my mind was out for the evening but got it now. So I am slow.

Will do. I get to sleep in tomorrow ... yea! ... I made myself a deal, if I met all my personal goals this week, as far as workouts, I could take Saturday off and only teach. I did it. However, I am very modivated right now, so if I wake up, I will workout.
