Yes I agree, me it was a chili dog.
Now that's what I call a diet!
One chili dag in a six month period, Just ahd to have one they smelled so good. Actually I had nothing else but water and for dinner it will be a supplement shake yummy.

I'm thinking about lots of stuff, but it'll be a Greek grilled chicken salad. Lots of greens, fairly low on carbs. No bread. Iced tea.
