Stressful day today, have to start a program of supervised visits with my daughter to prove that I am a capable father before my ex will allow me to have proper contact with her. Not looking forward to it.

Coming from someone who wishes their father had taken steps to spend more time with them as a child - kudos to you for doing whatever it takes to stay in your child's life! I know that won't take away the stress, but that effort will be appreciated!!

Excellent visit, everything went really well, daughter had a great time, got to read with her, play at cooking and some excellent cuddles at the end. She even ran back in the room when she realised she was going home to say a proper goodbye, get another cuddle and help me clear up the blocks she had played with.
How old is she?
So I guess taking her to the demolition derby, followed by a trip to the strip club will be out of the question?
