I did for 2 years and gained 60 lbs..Started again and lost 15 lbs in the first month..

Yep, except the side effect could kill ya...I also stopped drinking my beloved Coke Classic and I lost more weight...Still there is about 40 lbs and will not leave me..

Not cold here, 57 degrees. We are on a temperature roller coaster in "real" Upstate NY. One day 11 one day 30 another day 13 another day 45 another few days 15 a day of 20 a day of 57.

It’s beginning to get on my nerves...looks like I need to find me a tree :EG:
