been good. training more now. finally back in the gym as well. attempting to earn to brown stripe this sunday. also a couple months away from celebrating my first wedding anniversary

Thats awesome about your son. Its taking me a while to come into my own but im getting there as well. At first i wanted to be high flying but after a couple of years ive learned where i fit. Its good he is finding this out.

Are you all have a lot of competitions? Is he competing a lot? Locally or nationally?
