Taking our foreign exchange student to the airport soon so she can go home...we'll miss her (and she'll miss her American boyfriend)!

We are doing great Terry. I am just about ready to hit the kettle bells and then some abdominal workout!

Yea I am heading over to the school for a workout, my body says no but my mind say maybe and my kids say yes do it you need it.
