not so good, ive had a relapse with my knee! came out of no where, just started hurting for no reason. Im really pissed off and bummed out

Lots of ice, that's all I can say. Happens with my back and that's what I do.

yea thats what ive been doing, ive got some anti inflammatory pills im taking as well. i just hope i can get it back up to 100% before my test
