Been a day where I'm trying to recover from this darned cold. It has had me pretty much laid up all day.
I should do some grading...
My wife, daughter, son, and out foreign exchange student are all feeling the same way (and my son is in TX while we're in IN). I had only the edge of it--I have great luck with colds.

Lucky you, Arni. This is the third straight for me, with about one week of feeling mostly normal in between.
Good evening and almost good night for me. :shrug:
We had a good day with the long sword training and then I had a private lesson tonight where we worked out with the Muay Thai gear. (definitely a lot of sweat)
Now I am just about ready to crash!
