Hello All,
What types of training are good to improve speed (kicking, moving etc...)? I have plenty of power but not enough speed yet and I was wondering what I can do to improve things.

Basically tha bottom line though is that it is not always about being speedy but more often about reaction time and appearing speedy. Being able to recognize an offensive move by the person standing in front of you and reacting to it before they even realize that they made an offensive move.
