Can anyone explain me why we repeat moves in seccond form ?
One day someone asked me, "For the same technique, can you come up 3 different training methods such as beginner, intermediate, and advance?"

May be the same move in the 2nd form require you to master a different principle than the principle you used in your 1st form.

The praying mantis system has a clear way to distinguish.

1 Beginner level - speed.
2. Intermediate level - body unification.
3. Advance level - body unification with speed.
