Share your greatest song or lyric???

Styx and but not on a loop.. did you ever listen to your Styx vinyl backwards? How would that work, you would have to play it manually it with your finger? Lot of bands were supposed to have done backmasking, I do not know about Styx? I like to hear a person in a song they might share x
Lol. And never played it backward. :)

Dennis DeYoung wrote most of the early music, but when Tommy Shaw joined, he brought a lot of talent to the group.

Been thinking a lot about woody Guthrie lately:

Then you would know Steinbeck and Tom joad and stuff yes? you know this from Woody Guthrie thru Springsteen to RAtM, I like RAtM :) xo

This is where I am at musically today

When I start listening to this type music I realized, just this morning, my additude changes a bit, no time for suffering fools, not going to argue about it, better at letting stuff go and much more relaxed.... not mean, not nasty, but not as friendly either.... I like it

Adios

Speaking of Raw, Bluesy and New

Heard this Gentleman for the first time today and I WILL be looking for a CD.

I heard this on the radio

GOT NOTHIN' LEFT - WALTER TROUT BAND

Found these on YouTube

Walter Trout - Gonna Hurt Like Hell (feat. Kenny Wayne Shepherd) (We're All In This Together) 2017

Walter Trout - We're All In This Together (feat. Joe Bonamassa)

Based on the news of late, and the indictment today..... This seems to be the most appropriate song for the day

Well, I went home with the waitress
The way I always do
How was I to know
She was with the Russians, too

Well there are no lyrics, but it is Fall going into winter and for some reason this time of year I start to listen to a lot of classical.

This is actually playing in my headphones as I type

The lyrics in this entire musical are incredible, but I like this one in particular. A rap battle between Jefferson and Hamilton over whether the USA should send troops and aid to France.

JENNA COME BACK
Spending all my nights, all my money going out on the town
Doing anything just to get you off my mind
But when the morning comes, I'm right back where I started again
Trying to forget you is just a waste of time
Jenna come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Jenna come back, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong, and I just can't live without you
All day long, wearing a mask of false bravado
Trying to keep up a smile that hides a tear
But as the sun goes down, I get that empty feeling again
How I wish to God that you were here
Jenna come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Jenna come back, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong, and I just can't live without you
