Good Day Everyone!
I've seen a lot of kids around who's very interested in MMA and Muay Thai, and the classes are about to end soon, so I wanted to enroll my son to an MMA or
Muay Thai class session instead of playing video games at home, well I am not saying that playing video games is bad, but I just want my boy to explore and learn new things, and I'm pretty sure it will help him a lot though.
I've been asking from my friends on what are the things needed for a MMA and Muay Thai class because I wanted my son to be ready for his class and here are some links that my friends referrred to me.
