Mental Preparation: What works for you?

More preparation. I mean you should always be prepared.

I learned long ago that if you have no confidence in yourself, noone else will either.
I couldn't agree more and have been told I carry myself with a visible confidence...but that's in my normal everyday life which is, as most people, my comfort zone. Once I leave it, I both have, and have not, conveyed that same confidence, which tells me there is need, and room for improvement. That was the point of the post. Clearly, looking at all the replies, we all have different formulas for success, but I truly believe that we all have one that for us, works everytime if we're willing to put in the effort to find it and master it.

For me, similar like a fight, visualize whole thing in your favor. Think of your strengths and expect unexpected.
