Master rank in both ITF and WTF?

I was wondering if there was anyone that held a master level rank in both the ITF and WTF?

I don't know for sure, but I believe Henk Meyer from Holland and Grandmaster Hee Il Cho hold master rank in both associations.

Of course, I may be wrong (it's just a memory of something I read once) but at least it gives you two names to try and research.

Actually there are quite a few. Grandmaster Eugene Humesky for one and several other's whose names do not come to mind at this moment.

I was just wondering, I know alot of Master that used to be WTF only but decided to leave the sport aspect and either joined ITF or AAU and got re-certified though them as well

There was an article in TKD Times in the 80s about a number of ITF folks who were "cross-ranked."
