Martial arts like Kudo

Hello

Is there any martial arts similar to Kudo apart from MMA (GI and No-Gi). Why isn't Kudo more famous in the States? Kudo looks a lot different from MMA.

Probably the closest thing I can think of is combat sambo. It’s not the same, but they do use the jacket. If you’re not concerned about use of the jacket, then maybe Sanda.
