On a call for a client that I'm not supposed to be on for more than 10 minutes; it's been 35 minutes now. Because no one who is supposed to take it is willing to, and they've ignored her for days. In the meantime, I've got multiple new tickets piling up, people calling me back and going to voicemail, and missing new issues from users.
I'd talk to my boss, but they fired him yesterday for no clear reason. And a coworker. Despite us being short staffed (I am not supposed to be doing phones at all, but I am the only person on them for the past two weeks), and still giving them the best of the metrics they're obsessed with.
