The problem with HDMI converters from VGA, DVI, is they tend to be one directional, VGA/DVI out of monitor and HDMI into computer/TVAre there cables out there that convert an old monitor to an HDMI? I have DVDs to watch but no player other than my old computers.
Unless it is USBC it will likely not support videoUSB and the VGA

you know, there is a bit of irony here. I have an old VGA to RCA connector on my cabinet in what I call my tech museum.... it sits there with a Tandy laptopUSB and the VGA
