OK, now its my turn... I am not a fan of Mark Zuckerberg. That is true by the way....

wait... he won gold AND silver.... what did he do defeat himself in the last round..... how does that work!?
At a guess, he may have competed in more than one division, like maybe his weight class and at open weight. In his age bracket there may not have been that many competitors in either division,

Never watched Walker, but I did watch the A Team. Went back and watched a few episodes, and you know, the show holds up pretty well. Another old show that is still really fun to watch is Wonder Woman. Magnum PI... the old one... is still quite fun to watch, too.
Still fun, still bad, and still worth watching.

Was shadowboxing yesterday, and realized I've been doing just muay thai strikes-meaning for the most part basic jab/cross/hook/uppercut/leg kicks/roundhouse kick/teep/knees. At some point I assimilated and started just sticking to those. So swapped my shadowboxing to anything but muay thai strikes. No one said anything but I'm sure it looked bizarre to all of them.
Yeah it's interesting how we adopt and stick with certain techniques/styles, and really fun trying to break out of that mould and spar completely outside the box!

Yeah, only person who can do that is Chuck! And the only person who CAN'T do that is Chuck!
Chuck Norris once defeated himself in a BJJ Match, but since this is a universal impossibility it caused a tear in the space time continuum, which Chuck fixed by staring at it and scared back together

This reminds me of a discussion in a book that I go back to. A character is explaining their jailing policy, and suicide watch. One of the things he mentions is that you can't choke yourself out to the point of death, as when you get unconscious your limbs will relax, releasing you from your own hold. I've wondered the truth about that statement, and yet have no desire to test it out.

This is from a news story I read in the paper way back when I was an auto mechanic....There was a young guy that had an accident and ended up confined to a wheelchair, he was depressed and decided to commit suicide, so he tried by beating himself to death with a baseball bat..... after he attempted, and later came too realizing he was not successful...he decided to go to a local Dam and throw himself off..... and he did exactly that...and landed right next to a medical intern who was fishing at the time...when he came to in the hospital...he decided to stop trying and at the time I read the article he had started a rather successful business.

But this all just reminded me of his first attempt....beating himself to death with a baseball bat.... much the same as choking yourself out...with only a slightly better chance of succeeding

Today was one of the hardest days of my life. I had to put my dog to sleep. He was my best friend and like a son to me. He was also my therapy dog. It was hard but I stayed with him the whole time the Dr's did what they do. Here's a pic of my handsome boy a year or so ago with me.
