Ok, I fixed the video so you can actually see it now.The link didn't work for me, but yes absolutely! Because of my pelvic tension issues I've had to do alot more stretching out of necessity, but now it's just a normal part of my day now that I'm used to. I think it's important too to find what you personally need to work on (whether it's because of injury, tension areas) and your routine can be centered around that. And that may change over time too!
There's actually so much more I'd like to stretch and massage out, but I'm already up to like an hour and a half to two hours with my routines total haha... I guess I've got the time though at the moment [emoji14]
