Are you okay, Carol? Concussions are tricky things so I assume you have seen the appropriate breed of quack to make sure your agile brain is not unpleasantly squished in some way? :hugs of healing from afar:

Stepped out of the house today to be hollered at by a guy on the phone pole...friend of mine was fixing the cable for the neighbor.

Of course, didn't think to take a picture.....

Week tearing by, work getting accomplished and lots of training done. Kick boxing tonight and I may follow that with a bit of home practice afterward too. Enjoying this week so far :)

It's cold again....
I am amazed how people survive this weather...nearly 60 a coupe of days ago, a week before that 7, now 25....

we had a surprise snow fall, two inches...not even the weathermen knew it was coming......yesterday it was going to rain and be warm until Monday and now it snowed and will be freezing through the weekend

at least it's not like the infamous Blizzard of 1993....oh...some snow flurries....a foot or so of snow later....

My head hurts a lot

My head hurts a lot

you ought to give the ole noggin a rest.

Old wisdom dictated that as long as the head hurts rest is indicated.

And it seemd like new research actually supports this.
Just read an article a couple of weeks ago suggesting that concussions etc go away faster if the brain is not simulated much, so no reading, TV, etc....

Another good session last night, pleasantly aching this morning. Plus my ex has agreed to sit down and discuss further contact with our daughter before my next court hearing so things are turning a corner in that respect. Still have the nagging thought in the back of my mind though that something is going to go wrong soon as it isn't normal for this to be going so right all the time. Even had a cash rebate back from my energy company that should be back in my account next week! Think I will stay in and hide for a few days ;)

Good luck with the meeting.

sounds like winter in Alabama....just on a lower level...for most parts.

Highs in the low 50's today. After the last couple weeks it actually feels like T-shirt weather.
